We take away the worry of cancellation - When you book your holiday you enter into a legally binding contract. If you cancel the booking and we are unable to re-let the accommodation you are liable for the remaining balance. We know that unavoidable circumstances can occur to prevent you from taking your holiday and we understand that this can be a worry to you when planning a holiday. We have decided to refund your deposit and not hold you liable for the remaining balance when cancellation becomes necessary for the following reasons: death, accidental bodily injury, sickness, pregnancy or redundancy (qualifying for statutory payment). This applies to all persons named on the booking form, and is effective from when you pay your deposit. We would require a medical certificate or other evidence at your expense. Please, in the event of having to cancel your holiday, advise us immediately. Anyone wishing to cover themselves against cancellation for reasons other than those stated above should take out holiday cancellation insurance.
